Streetmodewear ([https://streetmodewear.shop/](https://streetmodewear.shop/)) operates in strict compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”). We respect the intellectual property rights of all artists, designers, and copyright holders. This dedicated DMCA Policy outlines the formal protocol for copyright owners or their legally authorized agents to notify our platform of alleged copyright infringement, as well as our procedural response to such claims.

As an independent e-commerce brand specializing in original hoodies and T-shirts, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against unauthorized content replication. We respond expeditiously to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement that meet the statutory requirements of Section 512 of the United States Code (17 U.S.C. § 512).

  1. Statutory Requirements for a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work—including graphic artwork, shirt print designs, model photography, or unique product descriptions—has been copied, displayed, or distributed on our Site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you must submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent.

To be legally valid, your DMCA Takedown Notice must be sent via email to support@streetmodewear.shop and must include all of the following elements:

  1. Authorized Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person explicitly authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on our Site are covered by a single notification, you must provide a comprehensive, representative list of those specific works.
  3. Identification of the Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. You must provide the exact URL links to the specific product pages on [https://streetmodewear.shop/](https://streetmodewear.shop/) to allow our technical team to locate the material immediately.
  4. Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, including a full legal name, a physical corporate address, a direct telephone number, and an active email address.
  5. Statement of Good Faith: A formal statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its legal agent, or the law.
  6. Statement of Accuracy under Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is fully authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please compile these points into an email and transmit them to our compliance intake portal: support@streetmodewear.shop. Failure to include all of the required statutory elements may result in a delay or administrative rejection of your Takedown Notice.

  1. Our Procedural Review & Enforcement Timeline

Upon receipt of a fully compliant, legally valid DMCA Takedown Notice, Streetmodewear executes a standardized operational response to resolve the dispute swiftly:

1.Receipt and Administrative Log:Within 24 Hours.

Our legal compliance team reviews the incoming notice to ensure all 6 statutory elements are present and verifies the provided product URLs.

2.Expedited Material Removal:48 – 72 Hours.

Upon validating the notice parameters, we immediately disable public access to the disputed product pages, removing the hoodies or T-shirts from our active digital catalog.

3.Notification of Supplier/Designer:Simultaneous with Removal.

We issue a formal copy of the DMCA notice to the internal designer, supplier, or account manager responsible for adding the disputed item to our store.

  1. Counter-Notification Protocol

If a product page featuring our apparel has been mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of an erroneous or misidentified DMCA notice, the affected supplier or designer may submit an official Counter-Notification pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

To file a valid Counter-Notification with us, the counter-notice must be written and sent to support@streetmodewear.shop, containing the following explicit criteria:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the provider.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, alongside the specific URL address where the item appeared before removal.
  • A formal statement under penalty of perjury that the provider has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • The provider’s name, physical address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that the provider consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or, if the address is outside the United States, that the provider consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court of Kansas), and that the provider will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Resolution Post-Counter-Notice

If a valid Counter-Notification is received, Streetmodewear will forward a copy to the original complaining party informing them that the disabled apparel items may be restored. Streetmodewear will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives formal notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a federal court action seeking a restraining order to restrain the provider from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our platform.

  1. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, Streetmodewear maintains a strict, system-wide repeat infringer policy.

If any internal catalog manager, printing supplier, or content creator is found to repeatedly upload infringing graphic concepts, counterfeited brands, or copyrighted photography across our niche apparel streams, their operational access to our platform will be permanently terminated, and all open vendor accounts will be dismantled immediately.

  1. Mandatory Civil Liability Warning

Important Legal Warning: Section 512(f) of the DMCA explicitly dictates that any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity on an online platform is infringing may be held civilly liable for substantial financial damages. These damages include court costs, administrative operational expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by Streetmodewear or its suppliers as a direct result of relying on the false claim.

If you are not entirely certain whether you hold the exclusive legal title or licensing rights to the apparel artwork in question, we strongly recommend consulting an experienced intellectual property attorney prior to launching a formal filing with our network.
